Just before the interview seemed to be over, the main person handed me some papers and asked me to take their written test. The programming test looked like something concocted by someone who had recently finished college, with a number of Stump the Student type questions. One of the questions even admitted to being difficult and confusing, which would be a horrible way to program if the code is difficult to understand.
