The whole interview process was a little confusing. It seemed like they didn’t have a plan in place of how they were going to hire for this role, which was a little frustrating. The first interview was also with the hiring manager and the president, who asked a majority of the questions. I didn’t hear back for over two weeks after that interview. I thought they ghosted me. Seems like a really cool company to work for, but very difficult to get in.
