HR Mgr found me on LinkedIn. Few days of emails and phone calls. Flew me in. The Interview was canceled 2x but at least I was able to keep in touch with the receptionist or someone while I waited.

What is the best non-monetary benefit you have gotten from a company and technical data questions.
reviewed resume and they asked me questions about my projects. They also asked about my work history. They asked me about my education as well. So yeah overall pretty straight forward.
