I had an online interview which was lovely, It was a job/position I was very passionate about. They expressed extreme interest in choosing me. It was down to me and one other individual who had a few more year of experience. I was not the lucky individual to get the job in this terrible Seattle job market, and that's okay. What I find disrespectful, is that they did not reach out to me directly, that had my recruiter delivery the unfortunate news.

A series of behavioral questions regarding work style, team expectations, and communications. Also questions regarding my prior work experiences. Overall not too difficult but prepare a few more stories would be very helpful. Very friendly team members.
