Pleasant. One on one simple communication. What inspires you to be part of a team. Orientation off site with a well directed film we all watched about the company and it's practices.

How adept are you at handling customer complaints?
The person who interviewed me was nice and honest about the job. We talked about my schedule and what they were looking for in a part timer. I also was able to get stock after I think a year or two.

Easy peasy, as I was able to easily answer their questions with diligence and grace. Super duper easy as I’ve already mentioned before, just bring your best smile. Do you understand the reason you want to work there? Think of that answer and you will be golden.

Entretien
It was easy. I was told more about the company than asked about myself. I had two interviews in total, and both went about the same. The manager was very nice.
