The interview process was pretty straight forward. You go online and submit the application. They’ll have you take one of those personality tests, and then you just wait to hear back for an interview which took like 2 week. The interview itself was also pretty easy. They just asked my availability and job expectations.

Entretien
The interview process was actually pretty smooth and hardly felt like an interview. I was brought in to meet with the store manager, we sat down, went over how things ran in the grocery department (due to my prior grocery experience) and made some football references and that was it. Probably a 4 minute interview.

It went smoothly, they pretty much already decided to hire me. I had my drug test and initiation on the spot. The only real question they asked me was my availability.
It was honestly really tedious. It actually took longer to land the interview then to conduct the interview. But once you land the interview, you’re almost guaranteed to get the job.
