Applied and within a week I got a interview and got the job immediately. The interviewer was very respectful and made me as comfortable as possible. It was a easy process and recommend it highly, especially for high school or college students.

In-person interview with the assistant customer service manager. It lasted under 30 minutes. Also, the interviewer was late. We sat down in the "training room" where I was asked two questions.

The interview was relatively brief, but seemed to emphasize a high-level understanding of the nature of the tasks required: customer service, a positive attitude, and punctuality. It was pretty straightforward.
