Was contacted by a Consulting firm for the Contract-to-Hire role. I accepted then was assigned the Online Critical Thinking Quiz (1 hour) I had to take it 3 times before I passed - then Face to Face interview 10 days later. Simple interview, nothing very technical. They needed someone with 2 years minimum experience so it wasn't difficult with my experience.
