You fill out your resume in the store on a machine. After that keep saying hi to the manager until they give you an interview. (I'm a minor) At the interview I got an offer fairly quickly due to answering a question word for word. Didn't ask about me much, just customer service.

If a customer came up to you while working and asked you where an item is, what do you do?
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

Entretien
I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
