Peer, Hiring Manager, VP/Director interviews. Pretty standard process. Each round had multiple questions related to the role, past experience, and specific scenarios. Overall this was an OK experience, nothing particularly new or unusual.

Entretien
The interview was held in a board room with 20 people who were already screened by a staffing company. Everybody spoke about their prior experiences in customer service.We all talked about what we considered to be our attributes in this field. Some thought they did not posses any, but after taking their turn talking to the group, it turned out they did indeed have some relevant experience in this field.
