Round 1 - MCQ Test - Childish really, completed it in like 10 minutes. They had a 60% cutoff for this round so you can imagine the kind of folks who might be working here. Round 2 - NER Assignment - They didn't even make an effort here, just copied an open source dataset from Kaggle and asked to build a NER model for it. Tons of solutions available online. Round 3 - Presented the solution. The interviewers were struggling to frame questions the right way. The accent of one of the interviewers was quite weird and he was not willing to frame his question correctly. He was like - "It's really easy" - when asked to clarify. He made this statement 2-3 times while smirking. They didn't bother to ask any questiions pertaining to my experience and cut me off frequently. Overall, the experience was not good. Definitely dodged a bullet there. Wouldn't want to work for folks with zero self awareness, who don't even know how to take an interview the right way. It's highly unlikely that you will get to demonstrate your skills during their interview process, unless it's somehow in line with their limited knowledge and what they want to hear.
