First had a HR phone interview for 1/2 hour, basic questions on why change in job and what is my experience and skills are. Then next day has a 1/2 hour phone technical interview. This was not much technical, just a chat on technologies that I have worked so for in my projects. Then came the one on one the 4 hour interview. The HR will call you give the details what your interview schedule is and whom with. Be prepared to present, code and talk.

First round will be coding round then next round will be technical wherein java + selenium and framework question being asked and 2 or 3 practical questions also and atlast hr round will be there

There are two technical round of interview each of 1.5 hrs and both are technical.
First round of interview is complete coding and some theory questions and second round also thay ask to do some coding excercise.
Hardness of technical round completely depends on the interviewer but its not that easy to crack interview of publicis sapient as in the other companies.
Well prepared person in the domain can crack easily
