After what I have experienced in the last few weeks I have decided to opt out of the recruitment process. I have to say it has been a rather distasteful experience, the one which I didn't expect from a company of this stature. I would like to highlight the below that I hope helps avoid such experiences for any other candidate: 1. Salary is negotiated once not ten times 2. Don't misinform the candidate about the process regarding any blockers it's unethical and unprofessional as he has a right to know 3. If your budget for the project is not sufficient then do not agree to the salary demanded by the candidate during initial screening only to later re-negotiate it many times. 4. Value everyone's time as leaving the candidate in limbo for weeks to follow after the interview is highly unprofessional 5. Keep the candidate informed at all times and don't create a situation where candidate himself has to mail enquiring about concurrent happenings 6. I believe the management and HR of this company have a huge communication gap which needs to be addressed I personally was very motivated to work at a company that boasts for being a "great place to work" but seeing the interview process play out this way, I'm left with a very bad taste in my mouth. 4 rounds 3 techincal and 1 they call it as value based initally thry tild me only 1 round but then i had 3. Interview were 1 hr each they ask about each and every topic
