Interview process is well organised upto the point of selection. I made through all the 5 rounds of interview, got the confirmation email from the HR, submitted all the documents but there has been no communication after that for more than a month now. Have sent numerous emails and have made various calls to follow up but all in vain. They have even stopped responding to the follow up emails from the consultant firm through which I got the call. Going for previous offer with another company now. Feel like a fool for waiting for more than a month. Update: Got a call from Sapient HR. He said the requirement is closed now. After waiting for this long this is how unprofessionally they respond.
