The Hiring process started with a written round, fairly easy, a combination of java and selenium.
Next was a Skype round with Team Lead located in Gurgaon. Questions were related to framework and selenium. Level was easy.
Next was manager round, which went on for 2 hours, where only behavioral questions were asked. On clearing that I had a round with some director who just wanted to have a chat.

One of the toughest interview to crack, candidate should have the depth knowledge in automation tools like Java, selenium and framework architecture, compensation will be higher compared to other companies but I can see lot of reviews from glass door stating they have hire and fire policy.

The interview was a one on one discussion consisting of 4 rounds. A round of online test on selenium and Java, 2nd round on coding, 3rd was managerial round .
