J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publicis Sapient (Gurgaon, Haryana) en mai 2017
Entretien
I was asked to complete a case study and then explain it on the white board.
I was given 1 hour. The interviewer came late, gave a cold hand shake without any eye contact.
He randomly asked questions from the case study. The interview room was not clean . Marker for writing on the whiteboard had ran out of ink. The interviewer kept on working/staring on his laptop as if he was least bothered about the interview. Suddenly he stood abruptly between the interview and left the room saying that he has a meeting to attend. He asked me that someone will come and collect the case study papers from me. I waited for good 30 minutes but nobody showed up. Finally I had some one convey the message to collect my papers. Looks like they had already decided on the candidate and I was just part of their formality process plan.

The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
