I was approached on LinkedIn by HR through a referral. I didn’t apply for the role. First interview was on the phone with HR as a screening, second interview was with the hiring manager. I was given a comms planning assignment after that which I presented back to the hiring manager, another teammate, and a member of the accounts team. Final interview was with a member of the agency leadership team.
