Very easy, they sounded like they needed people. Went in for an in person interview to talk about the opportunities, the pay, etc. You have to get admitted into the program before you start interviewing at placements.

For Chicago, the program manager called me and we had a brief phone interview that lasted around 25-30 minutes. From there I waited about 20 days and they notified me they were moving me to the finalist stage, where you interview with partner organizations.

Entretien
Highly involved, multiple rounds taking hours at a time both as a group and as an individual. Site interviews were on an individual level and did not guarantee placement. if you were not placed, you would not be taken on for a term.
