Application review – You submit your application and, if selected, receive an invitation to interview. Group interview – This is often the main interview. Multiple candidates interview together with several interviewers. It may include: Introductions and icebreakers. Individual interview questions. Group discussions. Collaborative problem-solving or team activities. Behavioral questions – Expect questions about leadership, teamwork, equity, conflict resolution, and community engagement. They're usually interested in how you've handled real situations. Observation throughout – Interviewers pay attention not only to your answers but also to how you: Listen to others. Include quieter participants. Communicate respectfully. Work as part of a team. Follow-up – Candidates who move forward may be matched with a partner organization or invited to another step, depending on the local Public Allies site.

Very easy, they sounded like they needed people. Went in for an in person interview to talk about the opportunities, the pay, etc. You have to get admitted into the program before you start interviewing at placements.
