Avoid at all costs. I will explain why. The founder has a nice vision, and it seems a really interesting project with a mission. But there were quite a few red flags related to the project and the ability to execute it. - They have been working on this idea for the last 4 years with very little progress - you can google it. - I got ghosted twice just as others are saying here. The process takes forever as they do not reply to your messages for weeks. I can't imagine someone focusing on wellbeing and mental health can have such a work ethic and treat candidates like this.
