Recruiter screen was a great start with high-energy, transparency and left a strong first impression. Final interview with the Director felt unnecessarily dry and repetitive making it difficult to build any rapport or have a genuine conversation. Confusing experience to go from such a welcoming initial stage to an interrogation-style follow-up that felt discouraging rather than collaborative.
