The interview process was really quick approx 2 weeks, I got a intro session with the hiring manager and then had another chat with her on behavior. A take home case study and finally a virtual - on site 5 round interview. The individuals at Assurance IQ are all very intelligent and smart.

The interview first asked me to introduce myself, then ask me questions about my strengths and weaknesses, job history, and challenges that I faced in my previous work. They also briefly described their company culture, organization chart, and how they cooperate with other teams etc.
