I first got a phone call and was set up for an interview. On the first day, I was just given detail background about the company. And I was led to a room for testing. The test included analytical and problem solving skills test. And after that I was told that if I had passed the test they would contact me for further interview. On the third day I received a phone call stating that I had passed the test and now I needed to take personality and work interest tests through email. After submitting the test, I received another phone call that said I was a match and I will got a set up for a second interview. The second interview was was with the manager and I was asked questions such as work ethic, persuasiveness, patience and persistency in getting the job done. The final phone call was job offer.
