Applied May 27th on the website, did not need to complete any assessments. Received email from recruiter on June 1st to schedule phone interview with her for June 3rd. She told me I did great and expect to receive another email June 7th from HR to schedule an in person interview. Had 2 in person interviews with 3 different people on June 13th: 2 Senior Account Specialists first and then the Relationship Manager.
Checked into security (which was upstairs, I was not informed). Everyone was nice, VERY informative, and asked a list of questions from a packet. The questions were not difficult but required critical thinking. A LOT of behavioral questions: "when was a time" examples. Worded really weird but nonetheless comprehensible, just politely ask to for the question to be restated if need be. Be prepared, be confident, and show your interest. I asked quite a few questions that surprised the interviewers which truly expressed my passion for the company. Also, research the companies values to center your responses to question. The building is beautiful, the benefits discussed are very appealing, the pay is higher than others, and the people who work there have been with the company more than 15+ years.
On June 14th, day after interview, I received a call from the recruiter asking how I felt the interview went and if I was still interested in the position, I said yes. She let me know I was the 3rd person to interview for the position and expect to hear something from her the next Friday once all interviews were conducted. On June 24th I received a follow up phone call from the recruiter letting me know all the interviews have been completed and that they'll be hiring a total of 5 people for this position and that the managers felt I did very well during the interview process and she personally felt I did great too. On June 29th I got an official offer and now going through the pre-employment process.
