First, many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback on your experience, and on behalf of the team I'd like to express our regret that you did not have the kind of candidate experience we strive towards.
After looking into this situation, there are many areas we can improve in future regarding coordination and communication. We did reach out to you directly to follow up, but understand you were not available to discuss further.
I would like to clarify that the exercise is not used other than as an assessment for recruiting, and I thank you for putting in the preparation time.
In these times, it is more important than ever that our candidates receive a professional and sensitive experience, which clearly did not happen here. We will learn from your experience. Again, would be happy to discuss individually and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
