The interview itself was rather standard with fairly typical questions (e.g. why do you want this job?) and overall I felt it went fairly well. I was told to expect follow-up communication in the next week or 2. Instead I was ghosted completely. There was no offer of further interviews nor an indication that a different candidate was selected. Truly unprofessional behavior and if this is a sign of company values then it's better I'm not working there.
