Entretien
Initially I had a good impression of the company based on the chat with HR and first interviewer. Then a lot of back and forth happened regarding moving forward as the leadership was unsure about the position. Additional rounds of interviews were added at the last moment. Then finally after the final round they come back saying that the role was not a match with my skills/experience. Wish they would not have wasted so much of a candidate's time. Seems like being a small company there is a lack of process and co-ordination.
