I applied online. I got an interview with a recruiter, which seemed to go well, we matched on salary range, notice period and so on. So she moved me to the next steps. They sent me a link to Codility for a coding challenge with 3 tasks. I completed all the tasks with a score 100 of 100 by all metrics. They invited me for a technical interview. We just talked a little about myself and he asked me some simple questions about system design. He was satisfied by all of my answers and this interview seemed to go pretty well too. After a few days I received an email stating that my profile did not meet their requirements. Without any further details. Application, all interviews and a couple hours of coding challenge is just a waste of time.

3 h online coding test
30 min interview
I successfully passed the online test and was invited to a 30-minute interview with someone from the company.
This is when I realised that their salary policy is terrible. Whether you’re working from a country with a very low cost of living (e.g. Thailand) or from one with an extremely high cost of living (e.g. Switzerland), you receive the same salary even if the client is based in Switzerland.
In other words, they’re taking advantage of lower-cost labour and would likely struggle to hire people in developed countries such as the USA, Switzerland or the UK.
Their maximum salary is CHF 5 000 per month, which is frankly a joke and not enough to live on in countries like Switzerland.

I interviewed at Proxify for a Full Stack Developer role. The process started with an online test that assessed my technical skills. After that, I was invited for an introductory interview where they asked about my years of experience, the technologies I've worked with, and how I approach working on new projects versus projects already done by other developers. They seemed to be interested in my work habits and adaptability. After the interview, they told me to wait while they decided, but unfortunately, they didn't move forward with a third interview.
