I applied online. Got a call a week after, had a short telephone interview (easy) and then progressed me to the video call interview. However when the interview day and time came no call at all was waiting for about an hour. Nothing. Emailed them and called them went straight to voice mail. They did not even get back to me or apologise. Really unprofessional.
