I am turned off by this company and don't know what to think anymore. Back in December of 2023, I applied to several positions within this organization. I received invitations to virtually interview for 3 of the positions which I had applied to. These positions were all in different departments and different roles within the organization. I set up all 3 of the interviews days apart for the same week - M. T, W. The week of my scheduled interviews, I logged on to the first interview. I waited nearly an hour and nobody showed up! The following day, the same thing happened. And again on the third day! I spent an hour sitting there each time waiting for someone to log on. I did this 3 days in a row. Wasted 3 hours of my time. I emailed the recruiters who sent me the confirmations and no response. I'm not sure if it's an automated email or there is actually a live person behind the emails. This is highly unprofessional of this so-called organization. To put an applicant through this 3 days in a row with no follow up or an apology is unprofessional. I took the time to get ready, did my hair and makeup and nobody showed up. It's one thing if one interviewer flaked, but all 3??? In addition, for other positions I have applied to in the past, I receive an invite to interview. I even get a confirmation email for the upcoming interview, and without any notice, they cancel my interview because the position is no longer available and I was "Not selected for further consideration."
