Terrible. The earliest time slot they allowed me to schedule at interview was June 16 which is two weeks later when I passed the screening. I waited two weeks just to meet the supervisor and have them tell me they hired someone already. They could of not wasted my time and sent an email? Very awkward experience. And they proceeded to talk down to me explaining medical billing and insurance is difficult and this is a hard role. It seems they didn't even review my resume. They would realize I am not a recent college graduated with 0 experience.

Interview was easy to schedule and they were willing to work around my schedule. Questions were the typical situational scenario questions. It’s a good idea to be prepared with a list of scenarios that demonstrate good work ethics, time management, and strong team work.
