The interviewer showed up late twice. 10 minutes and 30 minutes late. The interviewer did not understand Big O notation and I had to explain it to him. The interviewer seemed to be fishing for advice on how to do his job better. I know this because every question came with a back story of how he had an issue and is unable to solve it.
