I applied to and was set to interview for Care Manager RN - Case Management - Per Diem Day Santa Rosa, CA, United States I log into Teams at the appointed time, a Monday morning after a Sunday road trip, excited but could have slept longer.. Crickets. I wait and message 5 min to the interview team as instructed. Nothing.. forward the same message to the HR person. So after 15 min I log out, I then log into my  Providence dashboard only to see the role is no longer available. It then starts to make sense... I get a call from an unknown number at 9 AM SATURDAY morning and research it to find a name and later discover that name is the manager I was to interview with today, so I can only assume she was calling to let me know. She never responded to my callback or text that day and I never rec'd a more professional email. Highly inappropriate to call a candidate let alone at 9 am on a weekend. So that said, this speaks for itself at least in this role/location. A Christian organization that touts its mission statement and goodness...... I think NOT. There are other roles out there so this speaks to this one and the disorganization therein.

I was scheduled for a group interview with 3 hiring managers but no one showed up to the interview due. An error was made regarding the time of the interview. After 20 mins of waiting, I reached out to the HR contact but they I were out of the office for a week. By the time they reached back out to me the hiring managers had already hired for the position and I missed the opportunity to interview.
