Informal in nurse managers office. He gave me about 10 different scenarios and the interview flowed like a conversation. He was very relaxed and told me alot about the unit I would be working on and the orientation process.

Entretien
The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
