After filling out the online application they will send a link for a video interview. You have to record yourself answering various questions. After this step, they will contact you for an in person interview. Everyone was courteous and professional.

Entretien
The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
