I had the opportunity to take the On-Demand interview for New Grad ICU position at St Joseph’s Petaluma facility. The questions were very straightforward. 5 questions and multiple opportunities to re-record my answers.

Phone screening was done first, then selected to proceed to self-schedule an interview. The interview was via Microsoft Teams and it was with the hiring manager and educator. They were very friendly. It lasted for about 30-45 minutes.
