I had worked there from staffing so they knew me. It was informal. I knew the people. Staffing is a normal way people get hired as PRR's. I knew the people already from working as a float. I like one of the managers that left soon after. I felt like I could do the job.

Got called the next day, interview was easily setup. The interviewers were very nice and made you feel at ease. The interview was via zoom which was nice. The whole process took nearly a month though.

I had a couple text interviews and then was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager. I dialed in at the interview time and waited 20 minutes and they never showed up. The only contact info I had was for the recruiter who finally got back to me a week after the scheduled interview and said that the hiring manager was cancelling the interview and would get back to me if they resumed interviews.

Applied online. Then submitted videos for online interview. Afterward I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. Then did 2 in person interviews. One with the Clinic Supervisor and second with a Panel.
