J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Protocol Education (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2016
Entretien
Online CV submission and filtering, then phone interview followed by two 1:1's in person at HQ in central London. First 1:1 general suitability interview, second 1:1 more specific based on chosen teaching areas. Whole process was very smooth from start to finish and the staff were all (generally) very friendly. LOts of paperwork early on, which made me think the phone intervie is the real cincher.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is your teaching background (if any), any additional experience with children. How would you deal with a disruptive pupil. Any additional plans to qualify as a teacher or specialise in SEN work, how far are you willing to travel.
You go into their office, show your right to work documents. Ask you what you are looking for in terms of the role, where you want to be placed. More to get to know you really.

What are you looking for? Secondary, Primary, SEND schools etc?
Great! The interviewer was very nice and helped with all of the paperwork. They may call somewhat unexpectedly. No issues. They ask about previous experience, including previous experience in teaching and working in schools.

The interview went smoothly, and I received the offer. However, the follow-up process regarding my specific situation has been extremely slow—it's been two months, and there's still no further update.
