I applied online and about a week after applying I was messaged by the CEO for a zoom interview. We chatted very enthusiastically and it was very relaxed, I felt itwould have been a god fit, and at the end of the interview, I'm told he'll let me know by mid-week of the following week if I'll be moving forward in the process as they're narrowing down the number of candidates for the second round. I reached out to say thank you but never heard back, which was a bit disappointing since he had reached out to me personally himself.
