Automated emails with real names prompting the next steps in what they called the "recruitment process." Beyond that, the short assessments and video responses I submitted seemingly were evaluated by AI. There was no aspect of connecting with any living person during the "recruitment process." From having three years of providing various forms of mental health treatment for children, their families, individuals in custody, and those experiencing mental and emotional crises-- I am now entering back into the Mental Health field after a few years in non-profit work caring for mentally and emotionally struggling college students. I without any reason or possibility to gain clarity was rejected after the final step (clinical video response).

They will make you go through weeks of interviews, and will reach out for you to finish these assessments just to send an automated rejection email in the middle of the night. Don’t waste your time.

The interview process took about a week during which you had to send videos of yourself answering questions and responding to pre-recorded crisis call scenarios. Never got to speak to a person until the end and at that point it was just a recruiter with a job offer, who was very nice but had minimal information on the job and mostly was just able to tell what the salary would be.
