J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Protiviti en juin 2010
Entretien
I'm a recent MBA grad from a top B school. I came in contact with Protiviti through an employee referral. An HR Specialist reached out to me just a few days later. She asked a few review questions and set up an interview with her HR Manager. The manager asked me the exact same questions and set up 3 separate phone interviews with a manager, senior manager, and director. All three were supposed to call me. The manager forgot and we had to reschedule. This took weeks. No apology. All three of these interviews asked a couple behavioral questions and went over my experience and resume. A few weeks later I recieved a call from the HR manager asking me to set up a day of 1 on 1 interviews. I agreed and met with another senior manager and director. The interiviews included a couple behavioral questions again and resume review. I was promised by both parties that I would be contacted within a week. They needed to determine where I would best fit. I assumed the interviews went well at that point. I reached out to 3 of the folks I interviewed with and I haven't received a reply or a phone call from anybody. After 6 interviews and alot of my time I feel I deserved a call or even an automatically generated email.

Question 1
More on experiences, projects I was part of, situational and business use case oriented
The interview took place on a Teams call with two people, one of them was having a car trip in that moment (and driving). They told me straight-away they are really pragmatic and not open to any sort of negotiation.

Question 1
What is driving you and what is exciting about this position/this company?
Interview was fairly standard and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and understood the value of broad experience. The salary range for the role was insanely low for the experience required.
