I had interviews with two senior managers and the hiring managing director. Each interview was between 45 minutes to an hour. There were questions about my work background, including educational history. There were a couple of behavior questions about potentially facing difficult situations with clients and/or coworkers, gauging how you would approach and/or resolve the difficulties.

I was a campus recruit and went through three rounds of interviews. Two were on campus and the last in the office. Management comes out to perform 2nd round of on campus interviews. A dinner was organized the night before interviews with peers.
