I was participating in the Summer Leadership Conference and had the opportunity to interview at the end. It was a full day of just getting to know people in the office, different roles, and different leadership within Protiviti. We also got paired up with people in the office for lunch, which was really cool. The interview was split into two parts, one was a case and the other was behavioral. You're given the case in advance and the process is all very relaxed! The behavioral was your typical behavioral questions.
