First there was about a 20 minute phone screening to briefly get to know me and how I heard about the company, any knowledge I may know about the company. A week later I came in for a 45 min to 1hr 15 min meet and greet. Lastly, I had a roughly 2 hour top grade interview with 2 people (one manager and one senior processor).
