Complete lack of respect for candidates! The process started with an email from the recruiter then interview with the hiring manager. After the interview, the hiring manager said they would let me know by the end of the week. I heard nothing for 2 weeks so followed up with the recruiter and never heard back. The only contact I ever received again was a recruitment survey, asking how I found the process.
The recruiter was warm and welcoming, but the interviewer seemed disinterested from the start—I’m honestly confused why they decided to move forward with me at all. Seems like a great company to work for and I was saddened to not continue on in the interview process!

Entretien
The process interviewing with Prose was incredibly thoughtful and kind. Every person on their team paid great attention to the process and I found their questions to be excitingly holistic and relevant to both the position and the cultural experience of being on the Prose team.
