After 9 interviews, including an onsite in the office at which I worked on a case study solving a problem the company was actually facing (which is in and of itself a poor hiring practice), I was ghosted. The talent team was slow to respond between interviews (typically 1 week after each). Extremely unprofessional behavior all around. Left with a very negative impression of the team and company as a result, which is a bummer.
