2 Stages Interview:
1. Phone Call
- To confirm your experience, details of the resume you provided and then a date for the physical interview. This call will also be explaining what the job position is about to prevent any misleading information which I believe is very helpful.
2. Physical Interview
- The head of the department along with the HR representative that called you will partake in this interview. You will showcase your skills and explain more on your working experiences and how you can benefit to the company. The Head of the department will then tell you what's a normal day like for you when you join, your daily tasks and a rough gauge of KPIs set for you.
This is where each side will come into an agreement and if everything else falls into place, the HR representative will contact you again via email for the job offer as the final stage.
