I recently spoke to the recruiter about the Senior HRBP position at Proofpoint and had a pretty bad experience. The recruiter seemed like she could care less and didn't know much about the role or the department she was hiring for. When I asked about compensation, responsibilities, team structure, and leadership, she didn't have the information. She confirmed that she would be getting back to me and setting up a meeting with the hiring manager and I never heard back for over 3 weeks, which was extremely disappointing. After multiple follow ups she said "I just heard back yesterday"....right....Ghosting interested candidates is not a good look (especially doing it to people with years of recruiting experience), will not be looking for future opportunities with Proofpoint.
