I was emailed after submitting to choose an interview. They were kind but late, and then just had an automated voice read out a long document instead of a conversation with a person.

Did the interview via Skype. Their tech crashed a lot and appeared that they didn't know what they were doing. Ended up speaking over the phone instead. This ended up being the norm.
