Entretien
First round interview was with an executive, standard background and get to know you questions via Zoom. Second round was a phone interview with a team member you would be working with, again more background questions. Third round required a 48 hour project kickoff PowerPoint presentation that was later presented to a larger group and then additional questions were asked.

Question 1
A stakeholder shows up halfway through the project and decides they do not like the architecture, what do you do?
The interview process started off fine. It led to being asked to put together a project and presentation for pretend stakeholders. After the process and presentation, I was asked to meet with another department head. I met with that department head and was told they wanted me for their team. After following up multiple times, the company ghosted me completely. I went through a total of 6 interviews plus the project that I put hours of my time in to. Very disappointing process.

I was reached out to on LinkedIn by one of their recruiters. We set up a screener call, and then I was scheduled for a 1:1 interview with an Engagement Coordinator that was focused on behavioral questions/situational scenarios. The last step was to create a powerpoint presentation about a fictional project they sent a briefing about (48 hour turnaround time), and then present the kickoff project to 8 Prominence team members.
